Closed Threads?

I'm confused about these closed threads. They only have like one or two things and then nobody can say anything else. How does bombdropper get to be in a closed thread but I don't? He's the newest!

A closed thing typically is not a good thing. It means that for some reason it is closed and no more discussion is allowed, usually meaning they did something bad. Others are mere announcement topics, and no discussion is allowed/needed.
